Institut »Jožef Stefan« - Center za energetsko učinkovitost (IJS-CEU) v sodelovanju z Ministrstvom za infrastrukturo in Goriško lokalno energetsko agencijo (GOLEA) ter ostalimi partnerji na H2020 projektu TIMEPAC vabi na predstavitev inovativnih metod in pristopov za oceno stanja energetske učinkovitosti in energetsko certificiranje stavb.

Delavnica je del aktivnosti, ki jih izvajamo na H2020 projektu TIMEPAC – “Towards innovative methods for energy performance assessment and certification of buildings”, ki ga finančno podpira Evropska Unija (sporazum o dodelitvi sredstev ID: 101033819). Projektni konzorcij vključuje partnerje s širokim naborom kompetenc iz sedmih držav članic EU: Fundació Privada Universitat i Tecnologia (Španija), Institut “Jožef Stefan” – Center za energetsko učinkovitost  (Slovenija), Politecnico di Torino (Italija), Institut Català d’Energia (Španija), CYPE Soft S.L. (Španija), Ministrstvo za infrastrukturo (Slovenija), GOLEA – Goriška lokalna energetska agencija (Slovenija), European Science Communication Institute, GmbH (Nemčija), Edilclima, S.r.l. (Italija), Regione Piemonte (Italija), SERA global GmbH - Institute for Sustainable Energy and Resources Availability (Avstija), Energetski institut Hrvoje Požar (Hrvaška) in Cyprus Federation of Employers & Industrialists (Ciper).

Temeljni cilj projekta TIMEPAC je razvoj in preizkus  inovativnih metod za oceno stanja energetske učinkovitosti in certificiranje stavb. Projekt TIMEPAC bo prispeval tudi k izboljšanju obstoječih postopkov energetskega certificiranja, s prehodom z enotnega, statičnega certificiranja, k bolj celostnim in dinamičnim pristopom, ki bodo upoštevali:

  • vse podatke, pridobljene v postopku ocene stanja energetske učinkovitosti stavbe,
  • stavbe kot del širšega urbanega ali ruralnega okolja in
  • stavbe kot dinamične entitete.

Razpravo bomo usmerili v vprašanja, kako rezultate dosedanjih analiz čim bolje uporabiti za razvoj novih metod in katera vprašanja je še potrebno proučiti za čim bolj učinkovito ukrepanje ter celovito energetsko sanacijo naših stavb. Delavnica bo potekala v angleščini.
